Die Appartements Orka befinden sich in der Stadt Dubrovnik auf der wunderschönen Luxushalbinsel Lapad, dem grünen und ruhigen Stadtteil. Die geringe Entfernung von der historischen Stadtmitte ist eine gute Vorraussetztung für herrliche Ruhe und eine gute Möglichkeit, um sich vom Getümmel und der Menschenmenge, die zur Sommersaison üblich sind, zu erholen.

Great family-run accommodation in a perfect location! This accommodation is highly recommended for many reasons! We cannot praise it enough in terms of the friendly-family run service it offered! Anamarija and her family were extremely welcoming and hospitable, always friendly and always available to answer any queries and offer advice and assistance when needed!The pool area is great, nice size pool to cool down as the temperature rises, and good quality pool furniture. We found that the plus side of this not being a large apartment complex, we quickly got to know the other holiday guests also staying in these apartments, making for a very friendly atmosphere around the pool both during the day and over a glass of wine on the terraces in the evenings. Although our room was a little dated, it looks like they may be in the process of all being updated as we saw other rooms where this appeared to be the case.The location of these apartments is also ideal - a number of nice restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk. Although Dubrovnik Old Town is walkable, it is uphill on the way there and might be a little tiring to do during the day in the heat of the sun! However there is a very good and cheap bus service just up the road from the apartments that takes just 10 minutes.Loved Croatia and will definitely be visiting again one day, and when we do we will not hesitate to stay at the Orka Apartments again!![Tripadvisor]()

Fine leiligheter og god service. Vi var her i 4 netter. Meget god service. Vi fikk rom tidlig og ble møtt av ei veldig hyggelig vertinne. Hun ga oss gode tips på severdigheter og transport. Stedet har en intim atmosfære og har et lite men godt basseng. Vil vil komme tilbake til dette stedet ved neste anledning. Anbefales!!!![Tripadvisor]()

Simple but decent We’ve just spent three nights in one of the apartments. For Brits, it was about £25 in a taxi from the airport. It’s in Lapad, about 10 minutes on the bus from the old town in a marina area (cruise ships are parked up for the night on the stretch of water opposite).On first sight, the apartment is very small and simply decorated. Style wise it’s not going to blow anyone away but it’s thoughtfully equipped with most amenities - 2 hobs, a fridge, dining table and sofa. The tv didn’t appear to have anything but Croatian and German channels. The apartments own WiFi isn’t great but there is a free WiFi with a much stronger single if you want to run Netflix etc off a tablet.The pool is a nice to have and was pretty empty most the time. Above the pool area up the steps is a wooden table with views across the water which is a really nice place to have dinner. The apartments have a restaurant attached - comparably it was expensive and with a limited menu mostly of Croatian dishes. Good view though from the terrace area. Directly to the right of the apartments within a couple of minutes are a posh burger place and a pizzeria, not cheap but cheaper. There are numerous eateries and bars further along to the right.Getting into the old town is easy - turn left out of the apartment, follow the road and buy bus tickets from the kiosk. It’s the number 6 bus and goes from the opposite side of the road from the kids playground, stopping opposite the armoured vehicle. Buses can get really packed but are very frequent. In the old town the returning buses go from the same point. There is also a mini market directly next to the bus ticket kiosk on its right. All in, if you’re looking for a decent inexpensive self catering option with pool this is a good option. It’s not perfect, it’s very bijou and sounds carry. However it’s clean and got everything you’d want and with the advantage of a very helpful hostess.![Tripadvisor]()

Great apartment and Perfect Location!! Me and my husband stayed at Orka Apartments for 3 nights visited end of September 2021. Pros: PERFECT LOCATION, very nice area in Lapad. Near main bus station, walkable distance to market, bakery, bus stops, beaches, beach walk trail (a must do!), near Lapad promenade with lots of restaurants. We walked once from the apartment to Old Town took us 30-35 mins. It is a quiet neighborhood compared to staying in Old Town. The host Anamarija is very hospitable and can easily be contacted via Whatsapp, answers your questions, and made recommendations. They have their own restaurant and outdoor patio where you can have beer or coffee and just hang out by the marina. The apartment was clean, with enough space for us. It has the basic things you need. They have a nice pool if you want to go for a swim. Cons: WiFi was weak or spotty but it didn't really matter to us because we bought an international data plan from our provider. At the time, there was construction entering into the neighborhood so the road was closed off at certain times of the day. So the taxi/uber would have to drop you off and you have to walk to the apartment, but this shouldn't be a problem it's only a short walk maybe less than 5 mins. Overall, It is a great accommodation, it is clean and has the basic things you need. We were very happy we chose Orka! I would recommend this place if you want to be far (but close) from the touristy areas like a local vibe feel.![Tripadvisor]()

Great basic accommodation, easy access into old town We stayed here at the start of September, in a studio apartment in the old house towards the back. No views and basic room, however everything we needed for the holiday. Host was very friendly, and the pool area was great with sun all day. The area is so handy - few restaurants on the road nearby, short walk to the main strip or short bus into the old town. Would definitely recommend.![Tripadvisor]()

Position ideale Ancienne bâtisse situé sur le port de gruz, calme, quelques restaurants aux alentours, on peut se garer facilement en face des appartements car il y a des travaux et donc pas de contrôle pour le paiement du parking.Appartement agréable, bien équipé,climatisé et surtout une très belle piscine bien exposée et reposante.Accueil très sympathique et professionnel.L arrêt des cars pour aller à dubrovnik(ligne 6, toutes les 15 minutes)se trouve à 200 mètres, compter 10 minutes de trajet, sinon possible à pied en 30 minutes minimum.Un bon compromis pour ne pas toucher la voiture car circulation difficile et parking très cher pour la vielle ville.![Tripadvisor]()

Visited July 2019 Terrible at writing reviews which is why it is very late however upon seeing few reviews thought I’d leave it now. Great location and great hosts. Buena opcion Era el final de nuestro viaje de 17 noches desde zagreb a Dubrovnik y en dubrovnik las 4 ultimas.Valoramos mucho esta ultima estancia sobre todo por la cercania al casco antiguo puesto que aparcar a parte de caros es dificil.En principio este apartamento no tiene parking como tal pero a unos 70 metros hay una esplanada que con el tiempo se convertira en parking,hoy por hoy el unico parking gratis de dubrovnik.Visto que aparcar en la zona antigua era carisimo la hora decidimos dejar el coche en el apartamento e ir en autobus(15 kunas por trayecto)tampoco es barato,peri los parking del centro unos 40 kunas la hora.El autobus lo tiene a 5 minutos y tanto el numero 6 o 9 te lleva hasta la puerta pile en 5 minutos.El apartamento en si normalito,podria mejorar en cuanto a las camas que son muy blandas y las ventanas dejan pasar el ruido.La cocina pequeña pero mas q suficiente.Lo mejor de todo la zona de la piscina,limpisima y muy amplia con una zona jacuzzi.No se si debido al covid o a ser ya septiembre hemos estado solos en la piscina todos los dias y casi diria que en los apartamentos.Proximo tiene unos restaurantes y la marina enfrente.Como titulo mi opinion,es una buena opcion para dubrovnik.![Tripadvisor]()

Perfect location & apartment A very nice location, right at the water’s edge overlooking the marina. Packed with restaurants & bars nearby as well as a supermarket & pharmacy. Delicious dinner at the rooftop restaurant, with a nice discount for guests. A super friendly, family run place who were very helpful. The renovated rooms near the pool are larger & more modern. Absolutely amazing place 😍 Absolutely amazing place! It’s a lovely family running business! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! We would definitely come back 😍Location was just perfect! 4min walk to the nearest bus stop and then only around 10 min ride to the Old Town Dubrovnik, tickets are only around 14 kuna one way. Each ticket is valid for an hour. Good choice of local restaurants all around, I would highly recommend Green Garden with great choice of burgers and lovely local beer 😁 for breakfast we used to go to Marina Frapa which is just across from the Orka Apartments, lovely fresh orange juice and toast was a great start for the day!The nearest supermarket is just 10 min walk and offers fresh bakery plus it’s open till 10pm! The nearest beach is around 20 min walk but if you ask the locals they will show you shorter path! Pool area very clean, fresh towels and you can order drinks from the bar, The best part was obviously jacuzzi! 😍Apartments are clean and towels are changed on request, Overall great value for money! Highly recommend due to its location and great amenities!Load more
